These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CreationLAB, an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps creators generate and publish social media content (the "Service"), operated at https://app.arlabs.digital. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms you connect or publish to, including Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
2. Account registration
Accounts are created through Clerk, our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at abdulbuildswebsites@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
CreationLAB allows you to upload videos, generate platform-specific content using AI, manage brand voice settings, and—where supported—publish to connected social accounts. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued. Beta or preview features may have different limits or availability.
4. AI-generated content
- AI outputs are provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before use or publication.
- We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing, or compliant with any platform's community guidelines or advertising rules.
- You retain ownership of your input content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
5. Connected accounts and publishing
When you connect third-party platforms, you authorize CreationLAB to access and use platform APIs on your behalf according to the permissions you grant. You may disconnect accounts at any time. Publishing features depend on platform API availability and your account standing with each provider. We are not responsible for rejections, takedowns, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.
6. Credits, billing, and plans
Certain actions consume credits or require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are displayed in the Service. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to use
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or credit systems
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs
- Use the Service to spam, mislead, or impersonate others
- Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization
8. Intellectual property
CreationLAB, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATIONLAB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreationLAB from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where CreationLAB is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
